The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, target-driven, and capable of delivering exceptional service while building strong relationships with landlords and applicants. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating and winning new lettings business Liaising with landlords, tenants, and applicants Conducting viewings and securing lets Delivering exceptional customer service at all times Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in Working towards targets and KPIs Building and maintaining strong local market knowledge What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in Residential Lettings Strong sales ability and negotiation skills Thorough understanding of the lettings process Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional telephone manner and presentation Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive Knowledge of Basingstoke area (advantageous) Full UK Driving Licence (essential) What's In It For You?
