What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Development Manager/Parts Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in boosting our front counter and outbound parts sales across all three sites. You’ll manage existing relationships while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Visiting customers across the North West and Yorkshire to strengthen partnerships
* Driving sales across Burnley, Rochdale, and Leeds parts counters
* Maximising upsell opportunities across phone, email and in-person interactions
* Proactively seeking new accounts and markets
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and planning customer visits
* Working closely with the wider parts and sales teams to deliver a joined-up service
What You’ll Need
* Previous experience in automotive or HGV parts sales
* Strong face-to-face and phone-based sales skills with fantastic communication
* Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRMs
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to plan routes and manage your own time effectively
* A proactive, commercially focused attitude
