In this role, you'll oversee supplier performance across procurement categories, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and innovation. What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Developing and communicating category strategies
2. Managing procurement relationships and programs
3. Negotiating supplier contracts and driving performance improvement
4. Conducting market research and analysis
5. Providing expert advice on policies and procedures
6. Contributing to stakeholder engagement
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria:
7. Category Management experience in a global organization
8. Expertise in global category management strategies
9. Proficiency in managing complex projects autonomously
10. Effective time management and prioritization skills
11. Experience with ERP platforms, especially IFS
12. Strong stakeholder management skills and supplier partnerships
13. Flexibility to accommodate different time zones & willingness to travel
