Our partner school is looking for a dedicated teacher to deliver personalised online English lessons to learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). What you\'ll do
* Deliver engaging 1:1 online English lessons designed around personalised learning plans
* Inspire learners to achieve qualifications such as Functional Skills, Entry Levels, and AQA Unit Awards
* Use creativity and empathy to design activities that close learning gaps and build confidence
* Foster positive relationships with students, helping them re-engage with education at their own pace
* Support learners to progress towards further education, apprenticeships, or employment
What we\'re looking for
* A strong commitment to supporting students with SEND
* At least two years\' experience in a SEND or alternative education environment
* QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
* A caring, patient teaching style that puts the learner at the heart of every lesson
