An exciting opportunity for a Junior Creative Producer to join a dynamic team delivering exceptional brand experiences, live events, and installations. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who wants to grow their career in luxury experiential production.
What you’ll be doing...
As Junior Creative Producer, you’ll support senior producers and project managers while managing your own workstreams. You’ll be involved in creative development, researching entertainment concepts, managing timelines, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
You’ll collaborate with creative teams, contribute ideas for cultural outings, and help bring innovative concepts to life. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and enjoys seeing ideas become reality.
What experience you’ll need to apply...
2–3 years’ experience at a brand experience, experiential, or creative agency.
Solid understanding of project workflows from concept through to delivery.
Strong communication skills to build relationships with teams, clients, and suppliers.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
Enthusiasm for brand experiences, design, and luxury retail.
Familiarity with project management tools and confidence with budgets and schedules.
