Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage IT projects, act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across IT platforms * Administer, manage, and troubleshoot remote monitoring, automation, and service management tools. * Develop and implement scripts and automation to enhance monitoring patching, and reporting. * Provide advanced remote and on-site support, ensuring SLAs are consistently met. * Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Endpoint Compliance. * Configure and support virtualisation environments (VMware & Hyper-V), including performance tuning. * Support and troubleshoot networks: firewalls, routers, Cisco switches, DNS/DHCP. * Review Defender logs and SOC alerts, escalate and resolve security incidents, and collaborate with managed SOC providers. * Maintain technical documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures.
