📌 Purpose of Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Treasury Accounts Assistant to support the Treasury Operations Supervisor with a range of recurring treasury activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth running of daily treasury operations, including payment processing, bank reconciliations, FX trading support, market data uploads, and trade finance tasks. You will help maintain strong compliance with treasury policies and procedures, contributing to safeguarding company assets, driving efficiencies, and supporting process standardisation. As part of the European Treasury Team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to promote best practice and consistency across the wider Global Treasury function.
🛠️ Main Accountabilities
1. Carry out day‑to‑day bank reconciliations
2. Upload bank reconciliations and FX accounts into Blackline
3. Prepare and process payments accurately and on time
4. Update daily treasury reports and perform market data checks
5. Support month‑end and year‑end treasury activities
6. Assist with FX risk management for entities within the SSC scope
7. Provide support with treasury back‑office tasks and ad‑hoc activities
8. Follow safe working practices, escalate unsafe conditions, and report incidents
9. Support internal and external audit requests
10. Ensure full compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and departmental standards
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Education: Studying towards a professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA preferred)
Experience & Skills:
11. Experience working in a large, complex financial environment (manufacturing experience is an advantage)
12. Strong Excel skills
13. SAP knowledge is beneficial
14. A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn

This role is based at our European Shared Service Centre in Harlow, where collaboration and team synergy are at the heart of how we work. We ask team members to be on-site at least four days per week to support this dynamic environment.
