11. Role: Care Assistant - NIGHTS
12. Hours: 18hrs per week - 9pm - 7am, includes alternate weekends
13. Salary: £13.61ph
14. Location: Shenley Wood Retirement Village, Chalkdell Drive, Milton Keynes, MK5 6GJ
As a Care Assistant - NIGHTS, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
15. Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
16. Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
17. Encourage independence and self-belief
18. Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
19. Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
20. Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
21. Passionate about delivering a quality care service
22. Flexible with hours.
