Commercial Property Manager
Location: South London / Kent
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing and well-regarded practice with a strong presence across South London and Kent.
This role would suit a motivated Surveyor or Property Manager looking to take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio while continuing to develop their experience within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior colleagues and Directors, gaining exposure to a broad range of assets and clients.

Key Responsibilities
6. Manage a mixed commercial property portfolio across South London and Kent
7. Act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
8. Oversee property inspections, maintenance and service delivery
9. Assist with rent reviews, lease events and day-to-day asset management activity
10. Support onboarding of new properties and ensure smooth integration into the portfolio
11. Maintain accurate property records and reporting
What We're Looking For
12. Some experience in commercial property management
13. Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and tenants
14. Organised and proactive approach to managing a portfolio
15. MRICS desirable, but not essential
16. Experience within a consultancy or managing agent environment preferred
