Overview
Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting a great school in Buckinghamshire in their search for an Exams Officer.
This role would suit someone with previous Exams Officer experience, and someone with a keen desire to support a school's Examinations process.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and oversee the planning and delivery of all public and internal exams.
* Liaise with exam boards, staff, students, and parents regarding exam arrangements.
* Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
* Manage exam entries, timetables, rooming, and invigilation schedules.
* Oversee secure storage and distribution of exam papers.
* Coordinate access arrangements and special considerations where necessary.
* Ensure accurate recording and timely submission of results and post-results services.
Essential
Person Specification
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Competent in using data management systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable
* Experience working in an educational setting
