Making every visit a positive experience. To be successful in this role, you will: Have previous experience in a customer-facing role. Enjoy helping people and supporting your customers by being patient, level-headed and calm under pressure. Enjoy solving problems, finding creative solutions to difficult challenges. Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally, and in writing. We’re better together.
