Role Description:
The Business Design Analyst will play a critical role in shaping and documenting business architecture for large-scale transformation programs. The role involves analysing business processes, designing target operating models, and creating architecture artifacts using ArchiMate standards. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology domains to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Architecture & Design
o Develop and maintain business architecture models using ArchiMate notation.
o Define and document current state (As-Is) and future state (To-Be) business processes, capabilities, and value streams.
o Support creation of Target Operating Models (TOM) and transition roadmaps.
Analysis & Documentation
o Conduct gap analysis between current and target states.
