Contracts Administrator role at Amplius.
Salary: £27,109.11 per year. Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid (minimum two days per week). Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2026. Hours: 36.25 per week (Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm).

Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for customers and colleagues regarding repair queries and progress.
* Allocate Response Team resources efficiently to meet targets and customer needs.
* Maintain accurate records for scheduling, rescheduling, and work tracking.
* Arrange work orders for external contractors to support repair operations.
* Keep customers updated and schedule initial and follow-up repair appointments.
* Build strong internal relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience working in a customer-facing team environment
* Skilled in liaising with customers and colleagues effectively
* Ability to record accurate digital notes and use common IT systems (Word, Outlook, Teams)
* Experience logging and booking repair requests correctly
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication
