Starting Salary: £28,000 per annum or commensurate with experience

This full-time role is based in beautiful Richmond and involves care coordination, rota planning, mentoring, and daily communication with clients and carers. You’ll join a passionate, team-driven environment with real potential to grow into leadership or specialist care roles over time.

About The Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will:
* Plan and manage staff rotas using advanced scheduling systems to ensure seamless care delivery
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues
* Support and mentor carers, helping them deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Work closely with the care manager to ensure care is aligned with each client's clinical and personal needs
* Collaborate with recruitment and HR to onboard staff and train them in our systems
* Join our shared out-of-hours rota, supporting the team when unexpected issues arise
* Be a key part of a passionate and responsive team, solving challenges together
Who This Role Is For

* Professionals from other industries (hospitality, logistics, HR, education, etc.) with coordination or communication experience
* Care professionals or administrators who want to move into a more involved and client-focused role
You’ll need:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive attitude and calm, problem-solving approach
* A desire to work as part of a close-knit team making a difference in people’s lives
Desire:
* 6 months experience as a care coordinator
