Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid Role located in Bordon for a Mortgage Sales Manager. The role involves leading and managing a team of mortgage advisors to achieve sales targets, developing and executing effective mortgage marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role has the possible opportunity for shares/Sales Director role in the future.
The Mortgage Sales Manager will also ensure compliance with financial regulations, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee lending processes to promote smooth and efficient transactions.
Key: You will have your own client bank and banking at an existing level of £75k+ per annum. You may be an existing self employed person looking for the next step in your career, or employed and wanting the opportunity to grow and be a part of something bigger.
Leads and an existing company client bank would be provided for the right person.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
* Strong experience in Finance and Mortgage Marketing
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities
* Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and compliance
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
* Fully qualified CEMAP or equivalent, at least three years qualified.
