We’re seeking soil and water conservation scientists to help evaluate AI systems trained on sustainable land and water management practices.
About The Role

* Location: Remote
* Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
* Compensation: $30-55 /hour
* Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
* Review soil and water conservation scenarios used in AI training.
* Assess accuracy of content related to erosion control, watershed management, and soil health.
* Identify flawed assumptions or impractical recommendations.
* Provide structured feedback to improve scientific rigor and clarity.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Who You Are
* 3+ years of experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning.
* Strong understanding of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques.
* Able to evaluate applied environmental science reasoning.
* Comfortable reviewing technical written content.
Nice to Have
* Graduate degree in Soil Science, Hydrology, or related field.
* Experience with field assessments or conservation planning tools.
* Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
