Customer Service Coordinator
Telford office based
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Circa £26,500 to start

Centrally located with great public transport links, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication, organisation and computer skills.
Duties
* Handle enquiries and update requests via telephone and email
* Manage claims with manufacturers for any damaged or faulty goods
* Ensure the CRM is accurately maintained.
* Support the Salles & Marketing teams with administrative tasks
* Book in deliveries on to the system
* Assist spare part packaging and dispatch when busy
To be considered for this role you MUST:
* Have worked in a busy office based Customer Service role previously
* Be adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment.
* Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Have good all round ability on MS Office
* Be flexible to taking on additional tasks
