Overview
As a sales Consultant, you’ll identify new business opportunities, engage with HR and Talent leaders, and position Hays as a trusted partner. You will Generate new business for Hays Advisory’s assessment and development services, focusing on leadership and management assessment, assessment centre design, and leadership team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify prospects for assessment and development solutions.
* Conduct discovery calls and present Hays’ offerings (assessment centres, leadership workshops, advisory services).
* Support proposal development and pricing discussions.
* Collaborate with delivery consultants for seamless client handover.
* Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and report on progress.
