Business & Senior Childcare Manager

You’ll need to be qualified, L5 / 6 or equivalent, with strong all‑round commercial acumen and a "head for business and finance," along with demonstrable experience of managing applicable operations and leading the team that delivers the company’s unrivalled childcare and learning services.
As Business & Senior Childcare Manager, you’ll report to the Managing Director and oversee operations for the business’s regional locations, focusing on service, growth, and profitability. About 40% of your time will be spent on business management and 60% on overall childcare matters. Sound commercial awareness, strong leadership and people management skills, and the ability to own and drive change are essential.

A strategic thinker with a proactive "can do" attitude, you’ll be an effective communicator and influencer, comfortable working with the wider team to deliver first‑class customer service and care.
The role is based at HQ, with regular visits to the business’s regional locations in Doncaster, Rotherham, and Sheffield within a 15‑20 mile radius. In return, we offer an attractive basic starting salary of £36,000‑£42,000 per annum (negotiable subject to experience), along with discounted childcare, pension, 28 days holiday entitlement, continued CPD development, DBS, expenses, and other benefits. A laptop computer and phone will be provided.
