An opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercially astute Account General Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-outlet corporate catering site in the heart of London. This role is within a respected, nationally renowned contract catering business known for delivering innovative, food-led solutions across the B & I sector.
Our client emphasizes the need for experienced senior operators with proven multi-site, multi-client operations experience in contract catering B & I. The ideal candidate will have this sector in their repertoire.
The Role:
Leading a team of over 35, including Heads of Department, you will oversee all food and hospitality operations while fostering a collaborative, client-focused partnership. The role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
The site, located at a leading firm's headquarters, serves over 2,500 employees daily and includes multiple service lines such as staff dining, grab & go outlets, a high-volume hospitality suite, event & conference spaces including an auditorium, and vending.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own full P&L accountability for a site with a turnover of over £3m.
* Inspire and support a team delivering excellence in F&B operations.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
* Drive innovation in food, service standards, and technology.
* Identify commercial opportunities for sustainable growth.
* Contribute to long-term planning and strategic projects.

* Senior operator with experience in contract catering (B & I) at a similar scale.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of enhancing financial performance.
* Experience managing contracts and client expectations in a professional services setting.
