As a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager your responsibilities would include:
1. Developing new and existing business within technology markets
2. Market mapping and business development activities
3. Interviewing candidates to ensure suitability for roles and target organisations (supported by candidate engagement.)
4. Use high-tech software platforms to accelerate your success
5. Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, CRM technology and other resources to acquire hard-to-find talent and foster long-term relationships
6. Attending relevant industry events
7. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, etc.)
8. Attending client meetings / virtual meetings
What we look for in our Recruitment Consultants / Account Managers:
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
10. Motivated / Goal Oriented
11. Positive attitude and a desire to succeed with a proven track record in winning
12. Proven track record or winning market share in your chosen area of specialism
13. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, resilience, and perseverance
14. Willing to fully invest yourself in the role and work hard to reap the rewards
