Operations Coordinator Imports/Exports & Customs Are you an experienced Operations Coordinator ready for your next challenge? Join our clients dynamic team in Shepperton, where your knowledge and drive will play a key role in their continued growth. Youll ideally have some experience in import/export operations and customs procedures, but were also happy to provide training across air, sea, and road freight for the right candidate. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 16.30pm / 9:00am 5:30pm Key Responsibilities: Coordinate import and export shipments (air, road, and sea) Ensure compliance with UK and international customs regulations Manage documentation for customs clearance Provide end-to-end operational support in a fast-paced environment What Were Looking For: Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations Knowledge of customs processes and documentation Exposure to air, road, or sea freight (experience in all is ideal but not essential) Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident communicator with a proactive approach Experience with CDS or other customs systems is an advantage If you're ready to take the next step in your logistics career, apply today!
