The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns for Eye Airports, with the Campaign Manager playing a central role in delivering impactful and performance-driven campaigns across a variety of platforms.
You will work closely with the Sales, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure lead generation focused campaigns are aligned and deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for a motivated and driven marketing professional who thrives in a results-focused and fast-paced marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop creative and compelling marketing campaign ideas to promote the advertising space in airports to local, regional and national brands.
Plan and deliver B2B marketing campaigns across email marketing, digital, print, social and other direct marketing channels.
Coordinate with internal and external teams (sales, design, digital agencies) to ensure campaign assets and messaging are on-brand and on-deadline.
Campaign Performance & Reporting
Track campaign performance metrics and ROI using excel, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
Provide detailed reporting on campaign effectiveness, with insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
Regularly present results and performance data to key internal stakeholders.
Sales Alignment & Lead Generation
Work alongside the Sales Team to ensure marketing activity supports lead generation and sales enablement.
Work with the design team to develop marketing material and content for use by the sales team.
Brand Development & Strategy
Develop a strong understanding of airport media and outdoor media trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to guide strategic campaign planning.
Work with CP Media Groups leadership to identify new marketing opportunities across the airport portfolio.
Process & Innovation
Help continually evolve campaign processes, templates, and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.
Keep up to date with marketing best practices, tools, and technologies, suggesting innovative ways to improve campaign performance.

You
Youre a self-motivated, ambitious and commercially minded marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering campaigns from start to finish with at least 5 years marketing experience. Youre commercially aware, thrive under pressure, and take pride in producing work that generates real business impact.
