Junior Legal Counsel | Global Technology Business | London | 6–12 Month FTC
We are looking to speak with qualified lawyers interested in a Junior Legal Counsel (1–3 PQE) position, supporting a Global Technology Business on a 6–12 month FTC.
This opportunity will be commencing in July 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters within a fast-paced, international business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the legal function on a variety of commercial and regulatory issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
* Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters
* Providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
* Supporting the legal team on day-to-day business initiatives and projects
Requirements:
* Qualified lawyer with 1–3 years' PQE
* Experience handling commercial contracts, including drafting, review and negotiation
* Exposure to regulatory and compliance work
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to start immediately
