About the role
The key function of the role is to support the global Group’s finance department by delivering high levels of service, processes and detailed financial reporting using your prior experience and academic acumen in the financial field.
You will be an organized and detail oriented administrator with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills who can adapt and work well in a fast-paced energetic environment supporting internal clients and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
1. Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
2. Perform administrative support functions
3. Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
4. Support monthly and quarterly reporting
5. Manage day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank accounts
6. Communicate with internal clients as necessary
Skills and Competencies
7. Confident in using finance software Paprika
8. Degree in Accounting or a related field desirable
9. 1-3 years’ of experience working in the Accounting field
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills
11. Highly detail-oriented
12. Must have MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) experience and G-suite experience. Financial Edge and Accounting CS experience is a plus.
