1. Serving the Suffolk and Norfolk areas, our client has built a stellar reputation for delivering outstanding clinical care with a personal touch.
2. With deep roots in the local community and a loyal patient base, their focus has always been on quality over quantity.
3. This role covers two friendly, modern practices in Saxmundham and Halesworth just 20 minutes apart and offers a stable, flexible working pattern across 2 to 5 weekdays.
4. You'll work alongside an experienced and hands-on Practice Director, as well as long-standing support staff who help ensure your day runs smoothly.

The Role
As our new Optometrist, you'll conduct comprehensive eye exams, offering tailored care and expert advice with testing times of 3045 minutes to ensure every patient receives the attention they deserve.
You'll work as a sole tester but with full team support behind you. The emphasis is on delivering exceptional clinical care in a relaxed, unpressured environment, while also understanding the importance of commercial awareness in an independent setting.
What We're Looking For
11. GOC-registered Optometrist
12. 2+ years post-qualification experience
13. Confident working independently with strong interpersonal skills
14. Passionate about delivering exceptional care and building lasting patient relationships
15. Comfortable with a flexible testing time of 3045 minutes
16. Right to work in the UK
Key Benefits
17. Salary c. £65,000 FTE (DOE)

Working Hours
22. 2 to 5 days per week, Monday to Friday only
