Job Title: HR and OD Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers, acting as the first line of contact for generalist HR support.
2. Support managers with disciplinary investigations, hearings, sickness meetings, performance meetings, and other council procedures, including liaising with County HR services for in-depth cases.
3. Contribute to key project work and operational activities, including:
o Development, delivery, and coordination of a new corporate induction programme.
o Support the development of an employee engagement forum.
o Develop and embed an organisational performance framework.
o Support the development of a new behaviours framework.
o Analyse staff survey feedback and support action delivery.
o Develop a leadership and management development programme.
o Coordinate PPD returns and organise training requirements.
o Review PPD framework and support its digitisation.
o Scope, source, and implement a learning management system.
