Your Responsibilities
Run a designated section of the kitchen with confidence and consistency
Prepare dishes to the highest standard, maintaining excellent presentation and flavour
Collaborate with the Head Chef and wider team to develop and refine menus
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Mentor junior chefs and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
About You
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up
A passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure
A keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering top-quality plates
