Overview
Sales Manager, PMLS – North UK role with Mindray. This field-based position covers the North and South regions in the UK and involves frequent travel across the UK.
Location options include Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds, and York. Affiliation to a Mindray office in the UK; travel will be required.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the regional team of PMLS Sales Account Managers (5-6) within the UK (split regionally North and South).
* Provide leadership and issue resolution support for PMLS Account Managers in the field.
* Maintain, build, and forecast opportunities using the company CRM (C4C).
* Provide detailed regional reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the National Sales & Marketing Manager.
* Act as first point of escalation for regional issues and ensure resources and support are obtained to improve results.
* Develop and implement action plans and development support for PMLS Account Managers to maximise sales potential.
* Coach and mentor the team to support sales growth.
* Complete and monitor statistical reporting on current and future business as required.
* Support PMLS Account Managers in senior stakeholder meetings as required.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and processes and address any issues accordingly.
* Engage in clinical, technical, and commercial networking.
What we’re looking for
* Experience leading a field-based team of medical device Account Managers in the Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS) portfolio.
* History of selling PMLS products to NHS and Private Sector hospitals, with demonstrated sales growth and successful business development through inspirational leadership.
* Strong relationship skills with customer decision-makers and ability to collaborate across Mindray.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills; IT literate.
* Ability to work in the country applied for without visa sponsorship.
* Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.
