Head of National Corporate | Top 80 Law Firm | Manchester
Are you a Corporate Partner in the North-West looking to head up a team, or grow a department? This Top 80 Law firm boasts a strong commercial services operation in the North-West and is now looking to recruit a national head of Corporate to spearhead their growth across the UK.
The Firm
This Top 80 practice boasts leading expertise in commercial work and insurance services. With significant investment being made into the practice, they are looking to expand and grow their commercial services offering across corporate law, employment, real estate, commercial advisory, and more. The firm has offices all across the UK and hubs in Wales, England, Scotland, & Ireland, giving them a strong presence coupled with the ability to attract the best legal talent on offer.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead a national Corporate Team at a Top 80 Law Firm.
In this role, you will be tasked with building and growing the firm's Corporate presence nationally. You will be in a position to deal with a high-quality level of hands-on corporate work, including M&A, PE, Joint Ventures, and more. The work on offer will reflect your specialisms.
You will also have a strong hand in the strategic direction of the department, recruitment, and business development. The leadership team at this practice will invest heavily in the business plan of this position but will also allow you to grow and develop the department without excessive interference.
Business plans that include bringing existing associates / senior associates are also highly encouraged.
