Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join theirteam on an exciting new build care home project in the beautiful city of Bath. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of this care home development, ensuring cost control, contractual compliance, and value for money across all phases of the project. You will work closely with the site and commercial teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
