We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team, focusing on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on plumbing systems, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across a range of commercial plumbing systems.
* Install, repair, and maintain various commercial plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.
* Carry out routine inspections and assessments to ensure systems remain compliant with safety and operational standards.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete jobs effectively and within deadlines.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports on repairs, inspections, and materials used.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe operation of all tasks undertaken.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including PPM and reactive maintenance work.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipework, and drainage in commercial settings.
* Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving license (essential).
