Cloud Cyber Sales Specialist
Westcoast Cloud is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading indirect cloud distributors specializing in managed cloud services and solutions. Since 2014 we have grown from 5 to more than 70 staff, providing services to partners across Microsoft’s Modern Workplace (Office 365), Intelligent Cloud (Azure) and Power Platform (Dynamics).
The Job Role
This position is based at our modern offices in Theale, near Reading (near M4 Junction 12), with ample parking and convenient access to Theale Train Station.
Our Sales Teams look after small to medium size businesses all the way to the largest resellers across the UK. In this outbound sales role you will drive new business across your account base, grow accounts and proactively manage new opportunities.
You will proactively manage and create new opportunities with existing accounts and new partners, developing relationships and growing the accounts to full potential. Your focus will be on mapping, targeting and qualifying accounts through proactive calls, ensuring that your individual KPIs are met while hitting team targets.
Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Will Include:
* Managing accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within those accounts – handling new business, relationship development, leveraging solutions, services and new offerings.
* Developing and penetrating named and target accounts within vertical markets.
* Growing new business by proactively calling and engaging partners to increase sales for assigned accounts and rebuilding under‑penetrated relationships with Westcoast customers.
* Working with Westcoast Account Managers to increase business within their named accounts.
* Driving sales growth through new partners, rebuilding lost relationships, identifying, enabling and developing high‑potential and non‑repeat partners, generating new partner opportunities and following up on vendor‑generated leads.
* Driving the renewal process from start to finish by providing renewal quotes and loading renewal orders on internal systems and vendor portals.

* Previous sales experience is preferred.
* Knowledge or keen interest in IT, Cyber Security or technology would be beneficial.
* Aptitude to work independently to uncover new opportunities.

* Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence and professionalism.
* Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the drive to exceed targets.
* A willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop industry knowledge.
