Salary: £24,205 - £26,683 L2 (SCP 11 - 17) per annum actual salary
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 37 hours a week, 39 weeks a year (Term-Time)
About Our School

About the Support Team
Our support team is currently made up of 9 Learning Assistants. Our SEND team includes 1 Assistant SENDCo and our SENDCo. Our Learning Assistants (LAs) are dedicated to specific year groups, fostering strong relationships with students and parents. Each LA specialises in a different intervention area, supporting the team in delivering these interventions. We prioritise professional development and use a collaborative approach to enhance the SEND provision, working closely with heads of year and the inclusion team to coordinate support across the school.
