The Role You will be supporting the management of Onshore and Offshore Facilities Decommissioning of Client site as per the execution plan. Responsible for supporting decommissioning at the terminal and across the Field in preparation for CCUS ensuring that targets are met. You will work closely with the Decommissioning Execution Manager and the Site Managers taking proactive measures to reduce any risks of unplanned inefficiencies and cost impact. Grant prompt resolution of any unconformities Liaise with Contract Administrator to set up and execute a consistent strategy of contracts management in consideration of the strict relations of DECO contracts and CCS contracts and area of overlapping Support programme full adherence to the Company’s HS&E policies, procedures and standards Conduct a safety walk through during each site visit. HSE visibility and commitments Specific Support and facilitate projects including site decommissioning and future, alternative uses for the PoA site and Offshore facilities Work with the LBA Decommissioning Project Manager to ensure that work is planned and executed safely with minimal down time Review and develop decommissioning critical procedures e.g. lifting, waste and scrap removal /disposal method statements, for onshore and offshore sites Support Field readiness preparation Assist and follow up Main contractors with planning and preparation activities to execute Decommissioning and CCUS Work scope at PoA and Offshore with clear and prompt resolution of any interface, minimizing risk, safeguarding cost if non optimizing, granting proper and proactive quality and contract administration coordination Continuously work towards improvement of operational performance with respect to HSE, maintenance, cost and reliability Manage effective communication with all direct and indirect reports. Develop, maintain and manage networks with key internal and external stakeholders, as required Decommissioning representative to perform quality controls and inspection to grant conformity to execution targets Ensure Reports are completed on time Optimize interfaces, milestones readiness to meet time and costs of Decommissioning Qualifications What makes you remarkable? Expected: Significant Experience in Production Plant Operations NVQ Level 3 Plant Operations or Deemed Equivalent Offshore Certificates (BOSIET/MIST etc) Knowledge of UK oil & gas industry required Significant Experience in Decommissioning Projects in the north Sea/UK Demonstrated knowledge, compliance and delivery to Decommissioning Programmes Demonstrated knowledge, compliance and delivery to permits and consents in support of offshore and onshore decommissioning e.g. PWAs, Marine Licenses, CDM, Transfrontier Shipment of Waste Leadership and management experience in an onshore production facility Demonstrated Knowledge of Offshore Operations Demonstrated Knowledge of Well Operations, Plugging and Abandonment Knowledge of application of HSE Management Systems in an Offshore and Onshore Hydrocarbon Facility Fully knowledgeable in relevant Regulatory requirements and Legislation e.g. Safety Case Regs, COMAH, PUWER, HSW, RIDDOR Previous leadership and supervision experience required – able to demonstrate supervisory, organisational, planning and reporting skills Member of the Incident Management Team rota
