As an IT Trainer, you¼ support firmwide projects aimed at enhancing digital skills, promoting innovation, and helping our people thrive in a modern, tech enabled legal environment. What Your Do Deliver dynamic training sessions, workshops, and webinars designed specifically for legal professionals Create engaging content: from user guides and manuals to elearning modules and quick-reference materials Continuously assess and refine training based on user feedback and performance outcomes Act as a go-to IT support partner, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design tailored training strategies across the business Champion the adoption of new technology and encourage a digital first mindset Contribute to firmwide projects, documenting and testing new systems and tools What We Are Looking For Proven experience delivering IT training in the legal sector Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and legal platforms like ShareDo, NetDocs, and iManage Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (requirement to travel between offices is essential) Exceptional communication skills with the ability to energise, engage, and empower learners A positive, solution-focused approach to service and support Desirable Experience developing webinars and digital training resources Familiarity with instructional design or elearning authoring tools Adaptability in training delivery across different learning styles The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here You are a natural educator.
