Working in collaboration and synchronisation with the Home Manager and the wider multi-disciplined teams you will be accountable for ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the home in all aspects of administration.
Job responsibilities
Support the Home Manager and wider teams to run a smoothly, efficiently managed home. Use administrative skills to contribute positively and support the Company’s aims and objectives. Participate in marketing initiatives, personal and colleague training, Human Resources duties, Health and Safety compliance, and other day‑to‑day operational activities. Foster open communication, create people‑centric marketing programmes, and uphold the organisation’s values of personalised excellence, community spirit and a kind, caring nature.
