YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As the Shop Manager, you set the tone for the shop, creating an entertaining environment that our customers love to be in, while leading your team to reach store targets and providing full operational support and guidance. You will ensure that every Paddy Power customer has a best-in-class experience. Your passion for technology will help you and your team promote our online and retail products and services.

How you’ll do it
We seek individuals who remain customer-oriented by building strong, positive relationships and creating an enjoyable environment that punters love and return to. This includes mentoring and guiding your team to deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone, while cross-selling retail and online products and services.
Other duties include:
* Understanding the local market by engaging with the community and competitors to better serve customers and gain insights
* Leading by example through mentorship and constructive feedback to achieve high standards collaboratively
* Encouraging open communication by inviting ideas on improving processes
* Ensuring compliance with social responsibility commitments and operational procedures, including cash management
* Maintaining shop presentation standards and empowering your team to uphold them
