Now we are looking for a confident, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our friendly and high-performing team.

One call you might be advising a franchisee on getting the best results from a product. The next, you could be onboarding a national account and helping them maximise their sales. Commutable from Birmingham, Walsall, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Aldridge, Tamworth, Atherstone, Little Aston, Streetly, Great Barr, Fradley, Burntwood and Cannock
KEY RESPONSIBILIITES
* Delivering a world-class customer experience every day
* Acting as the first point of contact for franchisees, customers and consumers
* Handling orders, technical product queries and resolving complaints confidently
* Proactively supporting new national accounts through onboarding
* Promoting products and marketing campaigns to franchisees
* Supporting colleagues across the wider team
REQUIREMENTS
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience in a telephone-based customer service, account management or support role
* Confidence handling technical or product-related queries
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes
* Strong IT skills (including MS Office)
* Willingness to occasionally travel to sales meetings and spend time on the road with franchisees
