Availability
Availability Window — Days and times: Mon 18:00–22:00, Wed 18:00–22:00, Fri 08:00–15:30, Sat 08:00–18:00. Contracted hours will be scheduled with 3 weeks' notice. We offer flexibility and encourage applicants to apply even if exact times differ from those advertised.
Pay — Our Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £13.35 an hour; increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours policy — Our policy is to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; options to work a minimum of 12 hours are available.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering your part of the customer shopping trip by:
* Ensuring the van and trays are clean, tidy, and organized
* Leaving the back yard clean and free of rubbish; picking up litter as needed
* Washing trays as part of the tray wash process
* Loading the van, and checking van roadworthiness
* Communicating with customers about changes to orders, substitutions, and refunds as needed
* Taking care of products/deliveries and handling substitutions without extra charges to the customer
* Delivering within the customer time slot
* Calling the customer before arriving if early
* Calling the store if running 30 minutes or more late
Requirements
* Build relationships with colleagues to support a strong team
* Warm and welcoming interactions with customers and colleagues
* Adaptability to changing customer needs and store conditions
* Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations; maintain balance between home and work
* Share ideas with management to improve the store for customers
* A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
