Administrator – Abingdon
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Production Team in Abingdon.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the coordination of microprocessor knee orders from procurement through to dispatch. This role involves using Microsoft Dynamics NAV for administration, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and assisting in the physical compilation and inspection of components. In addition, the role holder will provide practical support to the wider Production Team with assembly and repair of prosthetic components, decontamination processes and inspection of incoming goods.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV for production and procurement tasks.
2. Manage stock control, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
3. Procure parts and components to fulfil production requirements.
4. Coordinate with suppliers on the return, repair, and servicing of microprocessor knee components.
5. Receive, inspect, and process incoming microprocessor knees.
6. Communicate with the Sales department regarding order status and requirements.
7. Maintain accurate records and updates using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Skills and Experience:
Essential
8. Adaptable, curious and able to problem solve effectively.
9. Self-motivated, proactive and able to use initiative.
10. Experience in an administration role.
11. IT literate with and competent in use of MS Office Suite.
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable
13. Microsoft Dynamics NAV
14. Inventory administration experience
