This role involves overseeing onshore works associated with a large‑scale HVDC cable installation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long‑term, stable work on a major national infrastructure project with a well‑respected contractor. What you'll be responsible for: Supervise and coordinate all on‑site civil activities including trenching, duct installation, backfilling, reinstatement and temporary works. Ensure works are delivered in line with approved RAMS, drawings, and specifications. Oversee subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring productivity and quality. Liaise daily with the Site Manager, fellow supervisors, and HSEQ teams. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with project HSEQ requirements. Deliver toolbox talks, daily briefings, and monitor RAMS implementation. Identify hazards, raise observations, and encourage open reporting.
