An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join the Early Careers team at M&G plc.
The team is responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing, and managing our diverse group of Graduates, Interns, and Apprentices. They also handle talent management and development activities for early-stage employees. Our vision is to recruit and develop a diverse, high-caliber talent pool to shape M&G's future success.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of activities related to recruitment and development of early career talent.
* Engaging with prospective candidates and managing communication.
* Managing candidate progress via the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely feedback and engagement.
* Handling queries through the Students and Apprenticeship Inbox.
* Supporting assessment and selection processes, including organizing Assessment Centres.
* Contributing to attraction strategies, including social media marketing and managing external vendor relationships.
* Collaborating on marketing materials and job descriptions.
* Organizing and delivering events such as outreach, work experience, and induction sessions.
* Coordinating structured induction programs and maintaining candidate and program records.
* Creating dashboards and reports to measure program impact and respond to information requests.
* Managing logistics for soft skills development activities.
* Facilitating evaluation and feedback surveys to measure program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* A passion for early careers resourcing and development.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday).
* Experience managing end-to-end early careers recruitment processes.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* An adaptable, driven, and solutions-focused approach.
* Comfort with data management and report creation.
* Resilience and commitment during busy periods.
