You will lead the optimisation of system capability, champion automation and self-service, and steer business change that transforms how HR and the wider university work. As the HR systems owner, you will play an influential role across key committees, digital transformation projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring HR technologies evolve in line with institutional, sector and technological developments. About you You are an experienced information systems professional with a strong background in HR or OD technologies, ideally including hands-on knowledge of iTrent, Eploy, or similar enterprise HR solutions. You bring: Proven experience driving forward transformational system and process change. Excellent vendor and contract management skills, with confidence in managing suppliers and system roadmaps. Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills, enabling you to work collaboratively across a large and complex organisation.
