Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with queries related to the remortgage process.
You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each query is resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
The role involves liaising with banks and third parties and working closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Profile
Experience in customer service is preferred, but candidates from hospitality and retail backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Passionate about helping customers and providing excellent service.
Confident in telephone communication and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet targets and service level agreements.
Team player with good collaboration skills.
