We are a results-driven Small Group PT studio expanding into our next chapter. We are launching a brand-new, boutique Reformer space to bridge the gap between strength, mobility, and injury prevention. We’re looking for a Lead Instructor to take ownership of this launch and help our members move better and stay stronger for longer. The Role: Lead Instructor This isn't just a "fill-in" teaching slot. As our Lead Reformer Instructor, you will be the architect of our Pilates culture. You will be responsible for launching our new 4-bed studio, integrating Reformer into our existing SGPT community, and delivering high-energy, technical sessions that get people hooked. Key Responsibilities • Lead the Launch: Deliver high-quality, 45-minute Reformer sessions across our peak morning, evening, and weekend blocks. • Community Integration: Act as the bridge between our lifting and Pilates communities, educating members on how Reformer enhances their performance. • Content & Growth: Utilize dedicated "staff hours" to create social media content, perform 1:1 "taster" sessions, and advocate for the brand. • Studio Excellence: Maintain the "boutique" feel of our new space, ensuring our top-of-the-range Reformer kit is pristine. Qualifications & Skills • Certified Pro: Minimum Level 3 Pilates with a dedicated Reformer qualification. • Small Group Expert: Experience managing a room and correcting form in a fast-paced environment. • The "Fitness Boxx" Vibe: You are motivating, approachable, and able to coach everyone from a high-level athlete to someone recovering from injury.
