Role Title: Agile Project Manager Location: Knutsford (only candidates no more than one hour away from the area or willing to relocate) Duration: 31/12/2025 Days on site: 2-3 days onsite Rate : £410p/d via Umbrella We is looking for Project Manager that leads and motivates cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products efficiently, focusing on continuous improvement, iterative development, and adaptability. Key responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies (like sprint planning), removing impediments, fostering team empowerment, managing scope, budget, and timelines in an iterative manner, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders to deliver exceptional business value. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Facilitation: Guides the team, fosters collaboration, promotes self-organization, and eliminates roadblocks that hinder progress. Agile Methodology Implementation: Ensures adherence to Agile principles, mentors teams on Agile practices, and facilitates ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Iterative Planning and Execution: Breaks down projects into manageable sprints, manages project scope and budget in an iterative way, and ensures the timely delivery of value. Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to define product backlogs, manage expectations, and maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors project progress, identifies risks, and provides regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management. Continuous Improvement: Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on processes and identify areas for enhancement after each sprint. Key Skills & Qualifications: Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe, and the ability to apply these principles in a fast-paced environment.
