Our CYPS Community Team in Northeast Hampshire (covering Hart & Rushmoor) is a highly supportive, friendly, and innovative service. Guided by the i-THRIVE framework, we focus on providing Getting More Help and Risk Support to children and young people. As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and management support within our CYPS Community Team in Northeast Hampshire. This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery of care across the locality.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist with providing overall leadership and management support to the CYPS Community Team .
Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
Building strong, collaborative relationships across services in Northeast Hampshire.
Working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient-focused care.
Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.

Proven experience in managing and supervising clinical teams.

Working closely with the General Manager and multidisciplinary team to develop and improve services.
Coordinating assessment clinics and responding to urgent mental health needs.
Providing line management, clinical supervision, advice, and consultation to colleagues.
Liaising with agencies and services within the locality to ensure joinedup care.
Supporting service development in line with national standards, local priorities, and financial frameworks.
