Main Duties
* Manage client portfolios, meet requirements, and maximize fee income.
* Oversee production of personal tax computations.
* Plan, control, and review team work to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
* Respond to tax queries from senior staff.
* Carry out consultancy work as needed.
* Attend client meetings where appropriate.
* Design and implement systems to improve departmental efficiency.
* Identify opportunities for advisory work with existing clients.
Candidate Profile
* ICAS, ACA, or CTA qualified with tax practice experience.
* Practical, technical tax knowledge.
* Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
* Ability to train junior staff.
* Proficiency in Excel, tax software, Word.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
