Fantastic opportunity to join a leading FMCG business known for its exceptional products.
As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a fast-paced factory operation ensuring all KPIs are achieved on your shift.
The Shift Managers Key Responsibilities will include:
* Leading the production team towards operational excellence
* Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nurture team development
* Implement a transparent and open management approach for success
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Previous experience in leading teams in Food Production / FMCG sector
* Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and communication
* Ambitious, pragmatic, and high-energy individual
Please note this role operates on a Monday- Friday Days-based shift pattern (6-2 / 2-10).
